At Pinball Creative, we offer a worry-free buying experience.

Our games are backed by a one-year warranty on parts and labour, along with a complimentary service call within the UK mainland.

Please note that this offer excludes the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and all Scottish islands.

We have run the risk of buying the wrong game. We have worried about the crating, shipping, trucking, customs and potential damage in transit. Therefore, WE have taken the stress out of your purchase. We want to offer peace of mind. To do this we have gone through the rigorous process mentioned above when choosing, restoring or importing a game. When you purchase a game from us, included in the price is the set-up of the game in your home/location. The price does NOT include delivery charges, which vary depending on your location. Please see our delivery charges as a sub-page on “contact us”.

Payment can be made as follows:
1. CASH or 2. UK CHEQUE (cleared funds) or 3. BANK TRANSFER
If paying by PayPal (payment via e-mail), please contact us first to inform us of this choice, and also bear in mind that a 6% admin charge will be added to the game's price. 

Food for thought: REMEMBER, these games are now ‘old ladies’. They will occasionally break down and must be serviced every six to twelve months. You normally service a car well; a pinball is just the same. The longer you leave service, the more faults you'll get; consider this a pinball health check. We offer a lifetime FREE telephone helpline on all our pinball machines. Often a fault can be diagnosed over the phone.

Warranty – 12 months on parts and labour from the date of delivery. We mean breakable and replaceable parts, like, coils, switches, bulbs, lamp holders, links, and pawls. The warranty is void if you break the backglass, scratch the playfield, or cause a fault through neglect or abuse. ONE FREE call-out included in the sale price within 12 months from delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom (mainland only).

Pinball Creative brings back nostalgic moments for those lucky enough to remember arcades jam-packed with pinball machines. Alternatively, we want to introduce the younger generations to tangible real machines and guide them away from virtual (non) reality. Please have a look at what we have to offer on the following pages. We usually hold a stock of iconic games from the 1950′s to the 70s.

Good games don’t come cheap. We only deal in American games. You can choose from the games on our pages or contact us and commission us to find the game you want. This usually takes time (between three to six months) as these games are becoming rarer and rarer and also harder to find.
